"Having been a man
lucky enough to share a thirst of history with a group of fellow-like
minded friends, I can truthfully say that having our equipment correct
when we carried it to the mountains is of the utmost importance. I
have been privileged to own and carry a "Wayne Watson Long
Rifle". To be able to carry a piece of history is truly a
delight. Wayne builds a gun that is as close to the original as
can be made. Wayne himself would be the first to say that his
rifles are reproductions of what is touted as the best of the masters
works and considered to be as near perfect as possible. Since you
can't improve perfection, the best you can do is recreate it.
Wayne has put many years into that endeavor, and has accomplished his
goal many times over. This is an instance when you will truly get
what you pay for and much more."
